Near the eurovélo 4, the GR34 and the beach of La Cotentin (400 meters), it is the ideal spot for a stopover between the coast and our beautiful countryside.
Some will take the time to come for several days because the place is ideally located to visit great sites such as Erquy, the Cap Fréhel, Saint Cast le Guildo, Pléneuf Val André (seaside resort and 18-hole golf course and all the beautiful Emeuraude coast).
Others will stay only one night because their road-trip is more rhythmic.
Let's talk about your arrival modalities and your expectations, we should be able to arrange it.
On the spot, I will be able to advise you on this pretty "small corner", a binder of updated activities and IGN maps are also at your disposal.
The landscaped grounds are regularly maintained.
It is oriented due west, perfect for the sumptuous sunsets on the bay. The lighthouse of Bréhat in the distance will also be visible.
(1 hour from the pier by car)
You will have understood it, the ground has sight on sea on a side and sight on the countryside of the other: ideal what! do not hesitate!
The setting
The land is almost closed, surrounded by a hedge, no opposite.
It is occupied by all kinds of birds (pigeons, swallows, titmice (refuges installed on the ground). You may hear the local sheep and horses, you may come across "Albert", one of the local hares, and you may see our very discreet "3 colors" cat.

The spots
The orchard: flat land suitable for sardines and a possible shady area, will welcome your sardines (to be planted if the weather forecast is windy, here it blows...)
For the access to the electricity, I lend an extension cord which will go to your place, but it will be necessary to envisage 5 euros in + by night (indeed some gampeurs use it continuously to reload batteries, or to use other devices of the daily newspaper).
Possibility of parking cars, motorcycles and bicycles on the property.
Arrival time: not before 6pm (unless otherwise agreed) (please provide your cell phone number and I will send you by WhatsApp or SMS some details for your arrival)
departure time: before 10am
otherwise the access to the property is free, no schedule
The toilets are cleaned every day!
I do not accept animals to avoid nuisance and to respect those who already live there (see above) (except for exceptions, ask me)
The sanitary facilities
The shower, washbasins and toilets are at the inhabitant's house, they are to be shared with other gampeurs.
Their accessibility is preferably from 8 am to 10 am and in the evening from 6 pm to 9:30 pm approximately.
For the respect of our environment, recovery of the hot water which is not yet, and the access to a shower per day by person.
Thank you for "mother nature".

In the future, the toilets "all comforts" will be dry toilets and surely solar shower.

- Don't forget to bring your extension cord for the access to the continuous elec, if you only use it to recharge your laptop, an extension cord inside will be used for that.

seaside resort of Pléneuf Val André, 18 hole golf course, bakeries, bars, restaurants, creperie, terraces, casino.
At 3 km : village of Planguenoual (bakery, small shops, pharmacy, medical center)
At 5 min (by car): In St Alban : Lidl, Biocoop and various shops (local products)
At 15 min : Erquy and all the Emerald Coast, Cap Fréhel, Saint Cast le Guildo...etc...but also Binic, St Quai Portrieux...
Culinary question:
At 800 meters: restaurants including "le panier iodé": specialties mussels / french fries but not only!
(in Jospinet) tasting and sale of seafood as well as a store of local products, think of reserving!
Possibility of visiting the bouchots of the bay by going up in an amphibian boat (visit organized by the mussel farmers of the corner)

If you wish to privatize the place, you will have to reserve for 6 people, no matter how many people you are.
