Description

Large garden in a quiet micro farm, hamlet of 16 houses, many animals in the surroundings, 2 steps from the canal from Nantes to Brest and from the green way.
Trails nearby.
A haven of peace.

The setting

Greenery and calm.
A mini henhouse, mini vegetable garden, hundred-year-old oak trees and small fruit trees. Sun and shady areas at the foot of the big oak tree... Small road that serves the hamlet, not very busy, lots of birdsong and greenery. Trails nearby.

The spots

There is room for tents, I limit to 2 tents of 2 to 3 people on the 700 M2 of the garden to preserve the charm of the place and the space for everyone
Flat land with shade and sun, with beautiful trees.

The sanitary facilities

A hut with dry toilets, two independent solar showers, one of which is sheltered under a wood barn. Possibility to provide some hot water in case of lack of sun.
A shower bag on site for the moment, a second one planned for the summer.
The facilities must be left in a clean state.

The activities

In the surroundings, several cities of character to visit: Malestroit, Josselin, Rochefort en terre, la Gacilly.
Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan and its immense beaches are 20 and 35 minutes away by car.
The canal from Nantes to Brest and the green way on foot or by bike.
