Jutta W.A nice place right on the beach to arrive. Damien is helpful and open to guests. The facilities do not offer the usual comfort, but the special location to fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ear makes this secondary. I happily stayed here for 3 days to first arrive and rest from the drive. The beach has something magical for me, there is so much to discover, especially the flotsam and jetsam that the sea gives every day anew. I felt very comfortable in this place in the middle of nowhere in the first days of my trip to Corsica and great the meeting with a family who had been on vacation there for 2 weeks and Damien. Thank you for allowing me to be there.

Damien is a very human and welcoming person, who knows how to put you at ease in his little corner of paradise by the sea and his brilliant welcome to Corsican piracy with his rum. But this welcome was long in coming, as there was no one on site to welcome us...
The setting is sublime, with a tent on the seafront as shown in the photos, but the facilities are not as advertised. There is electricity from solar panels, but only three sockets, which we share with dozens of other campers, and only during the day. So don't count on it for heavy consumption. Drinking water is not available at all times; it's water that Damien filters drop by drop, so we weren't even able to fill a bottle.
We also had a few hiccups.
First of all, we'd been promised a pizza party, but after 10pm we realized that wasn't going to be the case! If we'd known, we wouldn't have had to go shopping and we'd have eaten something else. They were kind enough to make us pasta anyway. And the next day, we had the misfortune to discover that three beers in the fridge had been stolen during the night...
In short, Damien is top-notch, but some of his companions don't necessarily understand that we're here to rest. I'd say this camp is great, but the advertisement is misleading. -

At Damien's, it's very "rootsy", but the welcome is full of humanity and a feeling of freedom on this unusual terrain. (Please note: the electrical installation doesn't allow for high consumption, so no plugging in is possible apart from charging phones).
