Hello.
We are offering you a complete, exclusive 3-hectare lake in a 23-hectare estate.
The lake is surrounded by fishing ponds and carp and koi fish farms.
You can come and fish and relax in this pleasant setting, surrounded by farm animals, from 48 hours to 1 week.

The place is ideal for coming alone, of course, but also with family and friends.

The lake is stocked with carp (approx. 130, from 5 to 23 kg) and large white bass weighing over 25 kg.

It is located in the Avre valley, a branch of which flows into the property.
Facing the ruins of a medieval castle and a small Renaissance castle, the site reveals a history that goes back to the time of the Gauls.

Fishing lessons and equipment rental are available.
A guided tour of the mini-farm is also available.

The setting

The lake benefits from a continuous supply of spring water.
The water is beautiful and healthy.
The diversity of the banks means you can fish around edges and obstacles, with many trees in the water. Part of the pond is planted with weed beds, where you can trap grass carp up to around 25 kg.
Depths range from 1.5 to 3.30 meters, with an average of 2.20 meters.
There are numerous shallow areas of sand and mud. An old submerged stone/rock road crosses the gravel pit, with vegetation forming small islands in places.

The spots

There are three double fishing stations, all designed and integrated into the natural environment. The posts allow optimum use of the water body, without being obstructed by another fishing post. One fishing station will be equipped with electricity and lighting at the water's edge by the end of 2023.

The price is for 3 anglers, per 24h. 30 euros / 24H per additional angler. Reservations must be made for a minimum of 48 hours. 5 euros for accompanying persons.
