Description

I welcome you, on my leisure ground in edges of the Loire. Between town and country. Close to all amenities. Ideally located for cyclists who would like to make a stop.

The setting

The land is located on the edge of the road but it is not very busy. Being completely closed and surrounded by fir trees, the nuisance is low. The garden is planted with trees, oak, ash, walnut, palm and some fruit trees. Flowers, a vegetable garden and all with a beautiful southern exposure. You will be able to access the Loire River, through a small gate located at the bottom of the land. At night, when the sky is clear, there is no light pollution, the stars are yours!

The spots

You can pitch your tent wherever you like, I can also lend you one if you need it. For the vans, you will be able to bring them inside the field and park along the trees. I also have a small caravan for 2 persons

The sanitary facilities

There is a cabin with an ordinary toilet (dry toilet under renovation) and a sink. In another shed, which I use as a workshop, there is a shower, fed by a small hot water tank. There are also several drinking water points outside.

The amenities

I live in a mobile home with a 20 m² shed next to it. This shed has an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, oven and fridge which you can access if you need to put things in the fridge or if you want to cook.
There are electric sockets everywhere and I can provide you with extension cords or multi plugs if necessary.

The activities

During the summer season, enjoy the life of the Loire... The guinguette "En Rouge et Loire" with its superb view, proposes you aperitif boards, home-made French fries, with a beautiful cultural program.
You can walk or bike along the Louet river, passing by the very nice viewpoint of La Roche de Mûrs.
Canoe/kayak rental in Ponts de Cé or Bouchemaine
Otherwise you can reach the city center of Angers in 30 minutes by bike, take the bus (same time)

Rules

Reception for 2 nights max

No dog...Sorry, I have a cat, it won't work!

Respect for the neighborhood, no noise after 10pm
