Description

The quietness and serenity of the countryside 5 minutes by bike from the beach!

The setting

Vast green space, at the bottom of a dead end, surrounded by woods (oaks, willows, poplars, elms) in a natural zone not built on 3 sides. The place is particularly quiet in terms of human activity. Frequent bird concerts in the early morning. I spotted 27 species on the site :-)

The spots

The location is mostly sunny but the heat is rarely unbearable in the area and the trees all around bring coolness and humidity. Large tent sites are possible, easily accessible. Each camper can easily be spaced about 30 meters from his neighbor for more quiet and privacy.

The sanitary facilities

Hot shower area in the garage with 24 hour access with a code. Dry toilets in the garden shed.

The amenities

Electrical connection with extension cord. Access to the wifi may require our presence because it will be difficult to access from outside the house. But 4G is available.

The activities

On site, you will have the opportunity to observe birds and enjoy the calm of nature or to play petanque on a field set up for this purpose. Children can play trampoline under the responsibility of their parents or use the swing. At 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike, you will reach one of the most beautiful beaches of Pornichet: the wildest and most family-oriented, with dunes and without cars. Beautiful paths "Vélocéan" allow to join Saint-Nazaire, Guérande or La Baule, through woods and countryside. The city has just acquired a great little dynamic and eclectic cinema, 5 minutes away by bike. A visit to the fortified town of Guérande and its salt marshes is a must. The wild coast from Le Pouliguen to Le Croisic is splendid, as well as the large naturist beach of Pen Bron in La Turballe. Finally, all amenities are accessible at 500 meters: bakery, supermarket and bio-coop.

Rules

The spirit of the place is calm and respect for the peace and quiet of other campers. It is not a place to party and music is listened to through headphones. On the other hand, friendly and peaceful evenings around the campfire are possible, with some guitar notes if all the occupants are willing.

I will see with use how many campers I can accept while guaranteeing a peaceful stay for everyone, which is my top priority.

Access is possible at any time as long as it is quiet.

Dogs are not forbidden a priori but it is preferable that there is only one dog at a time on the site. So I might have to refuse some requests. Of course, they will have to be kept on a leash and the droppings picked up.

Smoking is not forbidden outside either, as long as no cigarette butts are thrown away.

I cannot commit to providing breakfast but the bakery is close by and I will gladly offer you a small coffee if I am present.
