Description

My son and I live on our own land. Children are very welcome. We leave plenty of room for wilderness, so the pitches are small. It's a beautiful, quiet place, surrounded by chapels and dolmens.
The comfort is the same as if you were camping in the wild. We're happy to share our tips for living well in the wilderness.

The setting

Here we hear mostly the sound of birds, with the exception of farm machinery.
We're in the Bay of Audierne region, which is very bright.
We set aside shady areas for periods of intense heat.
However, the heat is less extreme than elsewhere because we're so close to the sea.
It's a fairly densely vegetated area, so we let the forest gradually take over.

The spots

The pitches are small. Contact me if your tent or green camper is large so we can see in advance if there is room.
The terrain is flat.
Vehicles stay at the entrance to the site.
Maneuvering can be difficult for large vehicles.

The sanitary facilities

We fetch water from the well in the corner of the field to wash up.
Please note: the toilets are in nature, at the foot of the trees.
We'll point you in the right direction for privacy, and show you how to keep things clean.

The amenities

You must be completely self-sufficient to come here (cooking, etc.).

The activities

There are magnificent beaches 3 km away, renowned for their surf spots; beautiful bike rides around the chapels and along the Bay of Audierne; the Kerterre training center with its invigorating park open every day 2 km away; lots of little bars, crêperies, organic, local and craft stores; musical evenings and Fest noz.......

Rules

We mainly welcome families with children.
The place is absolutely alcohol-free. This means that you don't come after consuming alcohol elsewhere, or with a hangover.
It's a good thing if those who eat meat and smoke try not to give the others too much to do.
I ask for discretion with the neighbors and with the many wild animals that come to take refuge here.
We live here. We appreciate both the conviviality and the respect for our private spaces.
