Description

It is between land (Brocéliande) and sea (Gulf of Morbihan) that the land is located.
Campénéac is a small village of 1 500 inhabitants at the crossroads between Guer, Mauron, Malestroit and Josselin, both small towns of character. The land is located in the countryside.
The nearest town is Ploermel (10 000 inhabitants) with all amenities.
Possibility to provide tourist documentation and good advice :)

The setting

The access is easy, near the D772 road and the greenway (Augan-Ploermel axis), there is little noise except that of birds and crickets in summer.
The land is located in a locality with 3 houses (not adjoining) surrounded by fields. It is an old farmhouse. My parents live in the main house.
I have renovated an adjoining barn, in which you can cook and shower. The property is entirely surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks and includes a large orchard and a vegetable garden facing south.

The spots

In the shade or in the sun, near the house, the vegetable garden or the orchard.
The ground is flat

The sanitary facilities

cold shower outside (solar - capacity 1 person)
hot shower in the house

dry toilet outside
classic" toilet in the house

Schedules to be defined together !

The amenities

We pull an extension cord to have access to electricity for a small consumption.
We put drinking water in 5L cans that we take from the fountain.
Internet access in the house or just next door

Possibility of lending basic kitchen equipment (pan, stove, dishes, etc) and basic food (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, vegetables from the garden)
Possibility to provide ice cubes

Be sure to specify any special requests in advance to plan ahead!

The activities

Enchanted places (solo/family):

The door of secrets in Paimpont (20 kilometers) The show-course offers a sensory immersion in the wonderful world of the forest.

The forest of Broceliande, Val sans retour, in Tréhorenteuc (13 kilometers) Guided and storytelling walks, by bike, on foot or in a carriage.

Le Poète ferrailleur in Lizio (20 kilometers) A poetic place where dozens of offbeat and ingenious objects come to life, rustle and dance. A must see!

Château de Comper - Centre Arthurien in Concoret (27 kilometers) When Viviane, Merlin and Arthur are not in the forest of Broceliande, they meet at the castle of Comper. In the park and under the shelter of the red schist walls, they perpetuate the magic of the Celtic world. They invite you to discover the history and culture of the Arthurian legend...

Unusual leisure parks (in family) :

L'auberge des voyajoueurs in Monteneuf (12 kilometers) The paradise for pawn addicts, dice fanatics and game enthusiasts. More than 500 games from the 5 continents, traditional and contemporary, indoor or outdoor.

Le Cârouj in Monterfil (40 kilometers) Bowling, shuffleboard, Breton bowls, Saint-Genou horse... traditional and contemporary games, indoor or outdoor.

Louarnig Park in St Gonnery (54 kilometers) The lock of Breton games, near the Canal de Nantes à Brest, is a family leisure park in the center of Brittany. You can discover the Breton heritage in a playful and friendly way.

L'armoire aux jeux in St Vincent sur Oust (39 kilometers) Unusual, funny, old, traditional games.... imagined and made from old wooden furniture!

=) there are many other parks, those I propose are unique in Brittany (and even in France)!

Sport in the nature (solo/family):

Canal de Nantes à Brest, Montertelot or Josselin lock (20 kilometers) On foot, by bike, by canoe, by rollerblade.... multiple escapes in a soothing universe.

Lac au Duc in Ploermel (13 kilometers) Numerous nautical or outdoor activities : canoeing, cycling, fishing, sailing, tennis... Possibility to go around the lake. Nearby, playground for children (free), pony rides and inflatable games (paying).

Domaine de Trémelin in Iffendic (40 kilometers) Numerous nautical or outdoor activities : canoeing, tree climbing, horse riding, fishing, sailing... Several footpaths have been laid out and allow you to walk around the pond.

West Wake Park in Inzinzac-Lochrist (77 kilometers) Nestled in the heart of an old quarry, the setting is atypical and relaxing. The team supervises you in the learning and the practice of wakeboard, ski & kneeboard from 8 years old... Just next door, the West Aqua Park, an inflatable playground on the water accessible from 6 years old !

Labeled cities (solo/family):

City of Josselin (20 kilometers) Petite Cité de Caractère® (Small City of Character)
Town of Paimpont (20 kilometers)

And further, the Gulf of Morbihan (the most beautiful bays in the world, it seems...)

Here is the list of essentials for me :)
