Description

In the countryside at the gateway to the Brocéliande forest, come and rest for a night or more on our independent plot of over 1000m2.
In the countryside near Ploërmel, you can take advantage of the "voie verte" to access the GR37 and reach Ploërmel with its Lac au Duc or Mauron safely on foot, on horseback or by bike. Numerous footpaths are available for your walks and hikes.

The setting

Completely surrounded by vegetation, there are no neighbours on the plot. The main road below is seldom used at night.

The spots

The terrain is grassy and therefore not totally flat. We are located on rocky ground, so it may be difficult to set tent pegs, but not impossible.
The site can be difficult to access with a caravan depending on its length, and the same applies to the length of motor homes.

The sanitary facilities

The plot is not equipped with water or electricity.

The amenities

As the house is on the other side of the road, access to Wi-Fi, water and electricity is not possible.
The land is totally bare.

The activities

The greenway is quickly and safely accessible. An equestrian tourism center is just a 7-minute drive away for rides or hikes, and Lac au Duc, accessible from the Voie Verte, offers kayaking/canoeing, swimming and hiking in fine weather.
The Brocéliande forest will reveal its secrets as you stroll along.
The Ploërmel shopping area can be reached in 30 minutes by bike on the voie verte and 10 minutes by car. You'll also be able to take a gourmet break in the village's tearoom, due to open in June 2023.
And if you'd like to see our beautiful countryside from the air, you can book a glider flight from Loyat aerodrome (5 min by car).

Rules

-The site is, and must remain, clean. Your pets' droppings must be picked up (the garbage cans are perfectly accessible).
-All pets must be kept on a long leash. We live in a village, so please respect each other's space, even if your dog has a good recall, you don't know if the other dogs are friendly.
-Smokers must pick up and dispose of their cigarette butts.
-Reception hours are subject to our working hours.
-As far as children are concerned, as the road is not far away, they must remain under supervision and respect the peace and quiet of the residents.
