Description

We propose one / several pitches for camper / van in a private garden (small animal farm..) with a small pond. Quiet and shaded, without opposite with the neighbors.

Zoo of La Flèche at 10 minutes by bike
Lake of La Monnerie is 10 minutes away by bike
35 minutes from Le Mans / 35 minutes from Angers

The setting

On a wooded plot, with a small pond and animals: chickens, ducks, two Ouessant sheep, a beautiful pig Rosita and company. All extremely nice
In the countryside but 10 minutes by bike to town.

The spots

The land is easily accessible and flat, free choice of location on the land.

The sanitary facilities

You will need to be completely independent. (but we live on site if needed)

The amenities

If you need electricity, we have an extension cord. Well water is available but we advise not to drink it (the house is entirely on well water, no city water available). Wifi may be available, but not from the field.

The activities

The zoo of La Flèche is 10 minutes by bike, the lake of la monnerie is also 10 minutes by bike from the house. We are fortunate to have the magnificent Prytanée Militaire in La Flèche.

Rules

Please note that dogs are allowed as long as they are tied to the vehicle to respect the animals present.
Smoking is not allowed in the grounds (but we can talk about it and find a smoking place)
