Description

Small studio at the end of our garden where you can spend a quiet stay, for a weekend or longer.

The setting

The studio, with its covered terrace, overlooks a pond, a magnificent Sequoia and numerous ancient trees.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac bordering a railroad track with little traffic.
The studio is half-shaded

The spots

The studio where you'll be staying is made up as follows: a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob and cooking utensils (frying pans, saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, salt, pepper, sugar, etc....), a microwave, a fridge with freezer, toaster, small island and dining area with stool. Lounge area with sofa bed, connected TV and small office area, bedroom with double bed 140x190 (new mattress), small dressing room. Shower room with single basin and shower, toilet, covered terrace.

The activities

Located 40 minutes from St Malo. You can also visit the Tremelin water sports center 25 minutes away, with various activities and concerts on offer. The city of Rennes is 11 kilometers away.
The train station is 2 kilometers away, and the Rennes bus line is 1 kilometer away.

No smoking. Ashtray outside only.
