Description

The plot is a garden on level ground in front of the Normandy farmhouse.

The setting

Quiet, rejuvenating, close to a forest, ideal for cycling, walking and hiking, with flowers in spring and some in summer. South-facing from morning to evening. The coolness of the trees and nearby forest during the hot summer months is not to be underestimated.

The spots

The location of the longère is on a very small square with little traffic.
The property is walled. Access to the garden is via the main gate.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities at home, shower also available and kitchen access possible.

The amenities

There is electricity, but you need to bring a CEE Caravan adapter - 230 V / 16 A CEE coupling & safety plug with protective cap - 3-pin cable for Schuko Europe socket - IP44 .
We have an extension cord if required.
We do not supply kitchen equipment or barbecues.

The activities

The longère is close to a large forest. During the summer months, you'll find festivals, garage sales, fêtes and other Normandy events all around the property, and it's only 1 hour 30 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 2 hours from Deauville. Swimming pools in neighboring villages. Cultural visits are also available.

Other things

A pergola is available for meals.
A small supermarket is 2 kilometers away by car, and a gourmet restaurant can be booked in advance.
Several shopping centers about 10 minutes away by car.
The gate is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Rules

The area must be left clean, with access to garbage cans. An ashtray for smokers outside only.
We cannot accept pets as they are unsuitable.
The rules of decorum are welcome. Thank you for your understanding.

Tent ready

A small 2-person tent is available, just for sleeping. We offer 2 foam mattresses and a night light. You need to bring your own sleeping bag and towels. Rental price for 1 night 1 person is 7€ in addition to garden rental and related services, payable on arrival in cash. Thank you for your understanding
