Description

Natural, peaceful land on the edge of a forest, 20 minutes from Mont Ventoux and the Gorges de la Nesque for biking, hiking or horseback riding, and 30 minutes from Avignon for cultural outings.

The setting

No facilities, forest nearby. Very small country road with very little traffic.
Extremely quiet location. GR 91 nearby.

The spots

Flat, easy-to-access land (if you have van or camper blocks, this can make installation easier).
Terrain a little hard (stony region). For tents, bring a mattress.

The sanitary facilities

Possibility of shower and sanitary facilities "half-private" (secondary bathroom in the house building). But the land is not adjacent to the house (approx. 300 meters).

The amenities

- animals accepted if they know how to respect other dogs, cats, chickens, horses and sheep (we live 300 meters away and have a few animals :) )
- We have paddocks and boxes for horses.

The activities

Numerous walks, bike rides and horseback rides directly from the site.
Nearby, you'll find Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Gorges de La Nesque, many pretty little villages, Avignon and good wine.
Numerous climbing areas within a 1-hour radius. Venasque 10 minutes away, Dentelles 30 minutes.

There are two different locations. If you're on your own, the choice is yours.

Rules

Arrival and departure times are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Once you've settled in, you're free to come and go (the grounds don't adjoin our house).
No fires, no smoking, no noise. It sounds crude when you put it like that, but we live in an extremely quiet area and we like it that way :)
We'll be adamant about fires.
