Description

Small plot between 2 waters: the bias and the river
At the foot of an old mill and a 13th-century castle
The land is at the end of 3 lakes on which fishing, swimming, canoeing and pedal-boating are possible.
There's also a leisure center with floating inflatables.
For leisure activities, there's a small cinema, a theater and numerous hiking and horse-riding trails,
An airplane and ulm field less than a kilometer away.
For your catering needs, there are several restaurants nearby and a supermarket a 15-minute walk away.

I can also rent you my wash-house, a private space for 2 people to sleep and up to 10 people to eat around a wood fire. Prices on request.
