Description

Ideally located 10 minutes from Blaye, come and immerse yourself in the terroir of northern Gironde.
Culturally active thanks to its proximity to Bordeaux, its vineyards and its events, a stopover in the countryside will allow you to recharge your batteries before hitting the road again.

The setting

the plot is unobstructed, close to a quiet street, and offers a breathtaking view of the Campugnan vineyards.

The spots

A cherry tree provides shade for a deckchair. There are no trees in the parking area, to avoid problems caused by wind or falling branches.

It should be noted that the lot has a slight slope, which can be detrimental to vehicle exit in the event of heavy rain.
Dry weather or 4-wheel drive vehicle recommended

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities or showers unless the spa area is privatized.

Rules

- no noise at night, maximum 10 pm for residents and myself
- dispose of garbage, cigarette butts, etc. in a plastic bag and take them to the nearby garbage cans
- for the safety of young children, the pool, even if enclosed, is dangerous if opened by you without my permission and UNDER PERMANENT CONTROL OF PARENTS OR GUARDIANS.
. Breaking my agreement and swimming without authorization is dangerous because the water quality is controlled before each swim and shows a lack of civic-mindedness.
The expulsion will be effective without delay, a security camera is active and the neighborhood is vigilant.

The rules correspond to the minimum required for life in a community and with others, but in my past I've rarely had any problems.....so there's no reason for it....
