Description

I suggest you pitch your tent or park your van or camper in my little vegetable farm, enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside, the beautiful starlit nights and the birds singing in the morning.
A time, out of time!

The setting

In a quiet hamlet, but rich in the sounds of the countryside, between birdsong, our hens and roosters and the bleating of the neighbor's sheep, during the day, the nights are peaceful. The nurturing garden is planted with trees.
We are 30 minutes from Angoulême and Brantôme, and 50 minutes from Périgueux.

The spots

We can accommodate a maximum of two motorhomes or vans (max length 6m) on a plot of around 300m2, where it is also possible to put up a tent.
Another, more wooded area can accommodate tents only.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets are available in an outbuilding.
We provide access to our shower room in our house.

The amenities

A summer kitchen has been fitted out with a fridge and gas stove.

The activities

You can visit the garden and take part in any vegetable gardening activities.
Hikes in the surrounding countryside. Our bicycles are freely available.
Canoeing/kayaking in Montbron (20min)
Visit the many cultural attractions of the Périgord region on our doorstep. Nontron cutlery, Villars caves, Varaignes weavers' museum, etc...

Other things

Breakfast available at extra cost: hot drink, fruit juice, pastries (local artisan), home-made pastries, bread, jams, fruit, eggs (depending on availability) 7€/pers.

Rules

Respect and courtesy are essential.
Free access to the garden, but please ask before picking.
Parking not always close to sites (especially in the undergrowth).
Opening hours between 4pm and 8pm.
