Description

Situated in a tiny, quiet hamlet, off the beaten track and away from main roads, down a dead end lane leading to a pretty chapel, Pagham Harbour RSPB Nature Reserve and a beautiful secluded beach with picturesque sea and countryside walks. 15 minute drive to the totally unique Goodwood Estate, home to classic motor racing and horse racing and the beautiful, walled market town of Chichester. The village of Selsey is a mile away with pubs, restaurants, village shops and sandy beaches.

The setting

Tranquil and peaceful, no streetlights or light pollution. Quiet, dead end lane, very picturesque with a quaint chapel, an abundance of wildlife, stunning sunsets and views across Pagham Harbour to the South Downs. The beach is just a short, very pretty, stroll away. If you're a golfer, we have a covered driving range with a 75 yard hole. If you are into classic cars, we have a few, including a 1946 grey Ferguson tractor which we use around the place.

The spots

Our 2 acre flat garden, laid to grass with areas of shade. We have a garden table and chairs, which you are welcome to use, a covered seating area and also a large Koi carp pond with a waterfall and a bridge to a little seating area.

The sanitary facilities

We are a greenfield site with no toilets just a water tap and electric plug-in
