Le "CLASSIQUE: 5 slices of local farmhouse bread and 2 croissants, soft butter, local strawberry or apricot jam in a jar, 1 fruit salad, 1 bowl (coffee or café a lait or tea or chocolate) and 1 organic orange juice, water.
CEREAL: 1 bowl of organic muesli cereal, 4 slices of organic sesame cereal bread, 1 bowl of (coffee or chocolate or café au lait or tea), soft butter, local strawberry or apricot jam, 1 fruit salad, 1 organic orange juice, water.
Le GOURMAND: scrambled eggs (3 eggs), 1 slice of white or country ham, 3 slices of bacon, 1 slice of local country paté, 2 herb sausages, hot drinks (coffee or café au lait or tea or chocolate), 1 slice of ewe's milk cheese, 3 slices of country bread, soft butter, fruit salad, organic strawberry or apricot jam in a jar, organic orange juice, water (price 18 euros).
On-site options (must be reserved in advance):
Sandwich: Country-style bread with local foie gras-green salad-onion or fig jam (10 euros)
Sandwich: Country-style bread, white or country ham and butter (7 euros),
Sandwich: Country-style bread, country-style paté-salad-gherkins (6 euros),
Sandwitch: Country-style bread, tuna-salad-tomato-mayo, ketchup or mustard (7euros).
(All sandwiches are made with a half baguette of farmhouse bread).
Croque Monsieur (sandwich bread, soft butter, white ham, gruyere, cheddar, bechamel) (8 euros).
Hamburgers: house green salad-tomato-cheddar, 1 organic hamburger, 1 slice bacon 1 slice sheep's cheese, mayo or mustard ketchup (9 euros).
Hot dog: country-style bread, 2 knaki ketchup sausages, mayo mustard, melted Gruyère (7 euros)
French fries (3 euros).
DISHES (to be reserved in advance) :
Omelette aux cepes: cepes, onions, parsley and 5 fresh local eggs, green salad (15 euros).
Perigourdine salad: green salad, tomatoes, bacon, pine nuts, gesiers, smoked duck breast, 1 slice of foie gras on a bed of fig or onion jam (20 euros).
1 leg of confit, Sarladaise potatoes, green salad (22 euros).
