Description

We have a parking space for one camper with water (no sewer) and either a 30 amp or 50 amp electrical hook-up. It’s capable of being a “pull-through” so easy parking.

The setting

It is in the country, approximately 5 miles from town, with 1/2 mile of gravel. There are cattle that share the property so all animals must be on a leash.

The spots

A quiet place to park your camper away from the business and sometimes crowded campgrounds.

The activities

The city of Kearney is within 10 miles and there are lots of restaurants (if you're tired of cooking in your RV) and things to see and do.

Rules

All pets must be on a leash.
No loud parties as there are neighbors.
No sewage dumping.
No smoking.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Leave vicinity clean of all trash and/or pet waste.
Respect the property.
