Description

Aimed at outdoor enthusiasts or holidaymakers on a budget, as well as cyclists and motorcyclists, our 3 ÉPIS, GÎTES DE FRANCE campsite is located in the beautiful department of Gers, Occitanie.

The setting

We are located on a hill, at an altitude of 308.5 meters, and on 40 hectares of private land with no immediate neighbors. The road leading to our property is marked as a dead-end, so there is no through traffic. We can therefore guarantee you an oasis of tranquillity, unrivalled seclusion, peace and privacy during your stay.

Perfect for a group of friends or a family who don't have a caravan, mobile home, van or tent to sleep in and want to take a break together.

Stay in the dormitory and you get :

- Use of the shared campsite kitchen
- Electrical outlets for recharging
- Single beds (90 cm x 190 cm)

Stay in the dormitory and you don't have :
- Bed linen
- Blankets
- Towels

The sanitary facilities

In the campsite building there are two separate showers with free hot water.
Two separate toilets (toilet paper included) and three washbasins.

The amenities

There is the additional facility of a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, two gas hobs, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans at your disposal.
Inside the campsite building, in the bedroom there are electrical sockets and you can leave your cell phone to charge easily.

The activities

If you're a cyclist, the owners are Fédéral Moniteur and Fédéral Initiateur certified with FFVélo and can guide you on the local trails.
Nearby is a mountain bike base with over 350 km of marked trails.
Mountain bikes and electric bikes are available for hire from us.
If you like to walk, there are plenty of hiking trails, as well as two land art structures to visit and a circuit called Sentier à p'Art.
Of course, there are local markets, museums, leisure lakes and plenty of other activities to suit all tastes.

Other things

We have an old caravan for sleeping only (2 people), available for rent.
Your own means of transport is required in this area as there is no train or bus infrastructure.

Arrival: Between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Arrivals after 7:00 pm by appointment only.
Departure: Before 11:00 am.
