Plot attached to a house of 2000 m2 2 km from the beach of Perbes and with stunning sunsets. Near a golf course, the natural park of Fragas do Eume, Fragas de Xarío and the biosphere reserve of Mariñas Coruñesas and Tierras de Mandeo. Distance to A Coruña 30 km, to Ferrol 25 km, Pontedeume 4 km, Betanzos 11 km. Multiple beaches and routes for cycling or walking.

The setting

Very little traffic, sounds of nature, sea views (Betanzos estuary), grassy ground. Very quiet place.

There is no shade, the ground is flat, the terrain is easily accessible and there are no limitations on vehicle size.
