This is 13,000m² of farmland that has lain fallow for over 40 years.

  • Very friendly welcome.
Julien explains his project following the acquisition of the land.
A very promising project in its early stages.

We wish him every success. If we ever come back to the area, we'll be happy to stop again.

  • Nice secluded pitch. Located perfectly to explore the area. Clear communication with the host Julien. Perfect for our one-night stay. Thank you!

  • A disappointing experience .... an advert stating that electricity was included, but on arrival Julien informed us that he had made a mistake in the advert (he corrected it immediately). Too bad our means of transport was an electric scooter (so it was impossible to recharge it). A setting worthy of a film "after the storm", nothing to do with the photos - admittedly, the storm had passed through, with trees uprooted all over the site, but the least they could have done was to warn us before booking - we accept that there may be minor setbacks, but would have accepted a little compensation from Julien - we paid €55 to park in an unkempt wasteland with no water or electricity - a bad experience :-(

  • Close to everything, yet quiet.
    Nice SpOT.

  • A great discovery for our first experience. The peace and quiet and the natural surroundings are much appreciated.

  • Great value for money!
Thanks to Julien for this wonderful weekend !!!

  • Julien very nice.et simple.je recommande.

  • unusual site in the middle of nature, alone in the world
we enjoyed this moment of calm

  • We had a great chat with Julien and were delighted to get to know you. Wishing you all the best for your project!

  • Great camping spot with the luxury of toilet and shower. We got there first and had the best spot to pitch our tent ????????

  • The setting is lovely and gave me a great first camping experience with my young daughter. Julien is super welcoming and even helped us empty some freshly caught trout (thanks again :-). I may well come back next year to see the progress of the beautiful edible forest project that Julien is setting up...

  • Thanks to Julien for his warm welcome. We look forward to returning to see how his ambitious project develops.

  • Experience for experienced hiker very pleasant welcome if problem solution found . Thanks Julien

  • It's a shame we didn't get to meet the owner to find out more about the terms and conditions of the pitch.

  • Pleasant experience and Julien is very friendly and likes to chat!
    Quiet place and 100% nature.

  • Whaaaa thank you a thousand times Julien ...
    Super spot we loved ...
    Julien never changes,
great man, courageous with a big heart ♥️
I wish you nothing but happiness and success for your project ... we'll see you soon and thanks again from Timéo Timoté and me ... ????????

  • A very warm welcome from Julien, a great project, which we'll be happy to come and discover. Spacious, shady, we loved it. We came by camping car.

  • A very warm welcome from Julien, good advice on how to enjoy the surrounding area and a very pleasant time!

  • I didn't get a chance to meet Julien, but it was a good experience, half private, half wilderness camping.
I loved the dry toilets, a first for me!

  • A great experience at Julien's!
A quiet corner of nature, a host who listens and maintains the sanitary facilities on a daily basis.
Once the place has access to water (and a shower) it will be even better!
    Thanks for the warm welcome

  • A great time at Julien's!

    Easy access, impeccable communication!
No time constraints for arrival or departure!

Julien came by to say hello on the first evening and took the time to tell us about his project.
It's early days, but this site will surely be top-notch before long.

The place is pleasant and spacious!

Close to a shopping center and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

    Nice project Julien !

    Yves

  • We originally left for a night in a tent, but we extended our stay by an extra night! We met Julien who is a very friendly person! The terrain is wild but connected to nature, and the dry toilets are clean and useful when there are children around. We'll be back to see how the project develops!
PS: The kids loved their first wilderness camping experience and didn't want to go back, they also enjoyed sowing seeds ;)

  • We had an excellent stay here. Julien is the author of an exciting project, and was very welcoming and available. Quiet but very close to sites of interest, his plot is ideally located for discovering the Opal Coast. We recommend it 100%.

  • We spent an excellent night with Julien, whom we were lucky enough to meet! He shared with us his motivation for the great project he wants to set up on this plot of land (we won't reveal any more details), a project we can't wait to be able to test when it sees the light of day! In the meantime, the plot is quiet, practical and contains several places, each with its own privacy. The dry toilet is a real plus! Thanks again for everything!

  • Lovely surprise, exactly what I was looking for - space surrounded by trees and vegetation, away from traffic, in a quiet location close to the sea and shops. The owner is friendly and communicative.

  • Julien, super friendly and welcoming
A quiet place not far from the city I was delighted to be his first customer and without regret I will return.

  • Julien is very welcoming and helpful, I'd even say very kind, and we're proud to be his first guests. Very, very quiet place, dry toilets available, and fire place for those who want... in short, I highly recommend this little corner of quietude.
