Description

South Rome, a few kilometers from the historic center, essential services within a few hundred meters (supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants). Pitch for exclusive use for only one camper on a plot of 1,500 square meters (maximum 2 only on request). You can have just for you and a few other intimates (almost never at the same time) this gem surrounded by greenery, panoramic views of hills of olive trees, pines and farmhouses. You will be the only guests in this beautiful place. Fantastic sunsets and unspoiled starry nights. You will find a flat area to park, always fresh water from the well, electricity, a brick barbecue and a table and chairs available.

The setting

Plot next to a small wooden chalet with vegetable garden, set on a hill surrounded by greenery. Very quiet, very little car traffic 100m away, breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Great for relaxing and meditating in the evening.

The spots

The pitch is located on a flat spot on the hill, there are no shade trees but a small 10sqm shaded porch is available. Easily accessible and suitable for tents, vans, campers and caravans.

The sanitary facilities

Toilet facilities are not available. Unfortunately, there is not always someone on the pitch. When there is someone who can assist, we can open the chalet and offer shower and chemical toilet service for an extra fee.
It is always possible to use an outside sink to wash dishes and refill water tanks (non-potable).
A sewage disposal point is available 900 meters away.

Internet, water and electricity included in the price. Barbecue available to guests.

The activities

- You can find 3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, bakery, bars, padel courts, within 1km distance.
- Swimming pool 300 meters away.
- You will be able to reach the center of Rome with only 1 bus (218) 500 meters from the pitch (search on Moovit to see schedule, frequency and route)

RULES

- Reception hours by appointment between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- It is strictly prohibited to discharge black/grey water.
- Please respect the quiet of the place.
- Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is prohibited.
- It is recommended to keep animals on a leash and/or under control.
- Recycling containers are recommended.
- Use of the barbecue is permitted.
- It is recommended to keep the area clean.
- It is recommended not to waste water.
- Prohibited to use non-biodegradable cleaners or detergents.
- Please use wi-fi only for data traffic and internet browsing. Gigabytes are not sufficient for streaming and/or multimedia content.
- It is allowed to pick fruits and vegetables from the garden for free (with discretion).
