Just 15 minutes from Nancy and Place Stanislas, a 150m² plot in a quiet, easily accessible location.

The plot is on the side of a road that rarely sees tractors.
Around it, a few fields and our house.
The grassy plot is protected from the sun by a large willow and hazel tree.

The terrain is flat and shady. Easy access.

The plot is located 50m from a greenway that provides easy access to the city of Nancy in 45 minutes by bike (very little change in altitude), and you'll find one of the most beautiful squares in Europe.
