Description

A spot in my garden, near the vegetable patch. Your entrance is independent. You have the choice of pitching your tent on the grass or under a shelter overlooking the garden if the sun is too strong.

The setting

Right in the heart of the village, it's still a quiet place, with little traffic on the road that runs alongside the house and leads to the Loire. You've got one of the starriest roofs in the world!

The spots

Your tent, large or small, under the stars or in a shed, will be on flat, easily accessible ground. It's a 2-minute walk from the Loire, a 5-minute walk from the pine forest, and a 3-minute walk from the first café and restaurant.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets and a tap are accessible. It's possible to take a shower at my place if we agree on an accessible time slot.

The amenities

If required, we can arrange for your cell phone to be recharged in our house at a convenient time. Kitchen and internet are not provided.

The activities

In Paimboeuf, you can go cycling ("Vélodyssée" and "La Loire à vélo" circuits) and enjoy the charm of this atypical village and its festivities. In addition to the splendid pine forest, you can visit the "Voyage à Nantes" star garden, designed by Japanese architect Kinya Maryama, which offers a different view of the Loire.

3.3 kilometers away, on the Lac de St-Viaud, you can go water-skiing, wakeboarding, keyboarding, stand-up paddling and wakeskating.

9 kilometers away, there's the sea and its beaches at St-Brévin (where you can also see the long skeleton of the Ocean Serpent by artist Huang Yong Ping). A little further on, there are the magnificent beaches of St Michel-chef-chef, Tharon, Préfailles, Pornic and St-Nazaire.

Just 11 kilometers away, on the Canal de la Martinière, you can kayak, paddle and pedal-boat.

Other things

Please respect the peace and quiet of the area.
