Located in the heart of the Seine Normandy Regional Park, Le Marais Vernier is a magical place for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

For this reason, the campsite is open ONLY to Cyclotourists. Motor vehicles are prohibited.

The setting

Overlooking the courtils of the Parc naturel des boucles de la Seine, surrounded by traditional Norman thatched cottages, you might even spot storks, great egrets or greylag geese!
This eco-location is a protected natural site on the route des chaumières. Peace and quiet guaranteed! We're just 8km from Pont-Audemer, the little Venice of Normandy.

The spots

The site is easily accessible. 5 tent pitches available. 4mx5m.
The slope of 5 to 7% is quite acceptable.
Motor vehicles prohibited. Fire prohibited as we are surrounded by thatched cottages.

The sanitary facilities

Independent dry toilets reserved for campers, but shower in the home, soon to be independent.
Drinking water available on request.

The amenities

1 collective fridge, table and chairs under cover! We do not supply crockery, basics, etc.
Electricity is not available near the pitches (200m). But you can recharge your cell phone and bike battery on request.

The activities

We are an association: you can take part in participative workcamps in ecoconstruction, vegetable gardening (website hidden).
Pont-Audemer Val de Risle has an authentic face that will appeal to nature lovers. Here, the water of the Risle, the wood of the forest, the earth of the paths and the stone of yesteryear mingle. The architecture is magnificent.
Hiking and horseback riding. Canoeing and kayaking on the Risle. Visit the Courtils de Bouquelon voluntary nature reserve, etc. Honfleur only 20km away.
