Description

Hello,
We have a large plot of land available for motorhome rest stops (1 to 3 possible).
Open on weekends only, as we work during the week, so that we can welcome you in the best conditions.

The setting

Landes countryside, grounds of a house surrounded by corn. Ideal overnight stop and early wake-up call, as henhouse and rooster nearby crow... early like all roosters. Small country road with very little traffic, so rest assured before the rooster wakes. No light pollution.

The spots

Flat land. Space for 1 to 3 motorhomes OK. Barbecue available free of charge. No shade on this large plot and motorhome dimensions limited by right-angle access.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities available. The house is not accessible, we keep our privacy.
Water fountain on site. Solar shower available free of charge and free water from the water jet to fill the solar shower.

The amenities

Free WIFI access.
Possibility of recharging water tanks at an extra charge of €5 for camper van tanks.
Possibility of recharging your cell phone:computer free of charge.
Possibility of recharging your 1 or 5-liter filtered tap water bottles free of charge.

The activities

Pretty Landes village with small lake, 25 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan. Small shop and restaurant in village center. The house is located 5 minutes from the center, on the Pyrenees road from Bordeaux or on the Landes beaches road from Toulouse.

Other things

Meal on request €25 per person, brought to your camper van.
Garden tomato/mozza salad/organic eggs, duck confit with potatoes, cheese, ice cream, coffee/tea and 2 glasses of rosé or red wine (extra 3€ with red because it's a good wine).
Possibility of sharing an aperitif (we offer you one (or two ;-) ) welcome beers if you wish around the campfire you've made, or the digestif, or both ;-)

Rules

Respect for quiet surroundings imperative!
The friendliest dog on earth roams the property, as does a cat. Henhouse and rooster nearby who crows very early like all roosters :-). So animal lovers are welcome.
Possibility of making a campfire, wood and branches available free of charge. You can even play guitar around the fire, as our house is well insulated.
No light pollution, so beautiful starry skies visible when the weather permits. On request, we can lend you binoculars free of charge for observing the sky.
We will ask you for a very honest presentation by e-mail, as we reserve the right to refuse the reservation if we don't share the same vision of sharing and respect for others.
We don't do this to make money, but to give a little change to the many subscribers to this site who share a common vision of meeting and sharing.
You'll leave with 6 real organic eggs, free of charge, for the rest of your trip.

Possibility of breakfast (€15 / person)

Compose your own breakfast:
Viennese pastries, brioche, bread, rusks and butter, jam, spreads
or
Eggs (real organic eggs) fried (or scrambled) + cold meats + bread
Orange juice or apple/pineapple juice + coffee, tea or chocolate (several coffees for the same price, of course)
If requested early enough to allow time for shopping, gluten-free options, special jams, etc. available.
Breakfast from 6am to 10am, including on weekends.
Possibility of filling a thermos of good coffee with filtered water before your departure 1L for 5€.
