7 hectares of meadow, wood with pond and possibility of internal woodland walks.
In wooded countryside, no close neighbors.

Animals on site: pony, goats, geese, ducks, hens and their roosters, cat.
Beehives
Deer may pass through.

The spots

Pitches on meadows or at the edge of access roads, possibly closer to the woods for a suitable vehicle (4x4, 4x4 van or small light van in summer, depending on soil humidity).

The sanitary facilities

Currently no sanitary facilities, possibility of creating dry toilets.

The activities

Possibility of internal walks or on wooded communal paths.
Possibility of small 4x4 4x4 soft zones (crossing ditches, small humps, small tree trunks...).
4x4 initiation and baptism available.
Naturism authorized

4 cats on the property plus geese, ducks, hens in the wild.

Rules

When travelling by vehicle or 4x4: Keep to a walking pace to avoid hitting or crushing an animal.
Smoking only in areas where there is no risk of fire, as the property borders 250 hectares of forest.
