Description

We welcome you to our property, hidden from everyone and everything. It feels like the end of the world, but with all shops and services just a 15-minute walk away. You'll be able to enjoy complete freedom in a bucolic and cheerful environment.

The setting

At the end of a pretty carriage road, with no neighbors or overlooked areas, this vast plot of land is bordered by generous vegetation, where you'll be able to spot many species of animal and appreciate real biodiversity.
A stream, spanned by small stone bridges, meanders below the property.
Our house on the property is an old farmhouse (dwelling, barn and former stable).
The place is bathed in light, with little or no noise and fields as far as the eye can see.

The spots

Our spacious bungalow is located in the wooded part of the property. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The entrance hall is large enough for a sitting area with dining table and shelves.

The sanitary facilities

Private dry toilets next to the bungalow. Shared water point: 2 solar showers, 2 washbasins. Showers are best taken before nightfall. Environmentally-friendly place, water is scarce!

The amenities

Communal areas 90 m² in a barn with sofas, tables, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, crockery, gas stove. Books, board games, puzzles... Several power sockets.

The activities

A peaceful place to relax and unwind. The village of Bellenaves is well worth a visit: market every Wednesday morning, château park, 12th-century church, Colette forest, automobile museum, bike hire. Charroux, France's most beautiful village, is less than 10 km away. The Sioule and Bouble rivers, canoeing and kayaking. Hiking. Chantelle Abbey. Majestic railway viaducts, painted churches, concerts....

Other things

Come and see us here, it's so cool, plus we get eggs every morning from our beloved Madonna and Whitney chickens.
