Description

Tent or van pitch on private, quiet, country site, close to hiking trails and V6 (Voie verte). Space for your bike.

The setting

Quiet, country setting on our private property currently being renovated. No noisy work in your presence. The site is tidy, no risk for children except at the back of the house near the pool, where supervision is required. No neighbors to contend with.

The spots

Your tent pitch is set back from the main house, in front of our future Ty Lodge currently under construction. You wake up facing the field and garden. In case of rain, you can shelter your tent (depending on size) in the Ty Lodge.
You'll find shade under the cherry tree.
In Van, we welcome you behind the main house, next to the swimming pool, open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (the pool area is under construction, so small children are under your supervision and responsibility).

The sanitary facilities

To date, you have access to the toilet (day and night) in the Ty Lodge, which is currently being refurbished (water is not yet available, but we can provide you with bottles of well or rain water to flush the toilet).
While we're here, you can take a hot shower in the main house between 9am and 8pm.

Bikes are available for a cash deposit (100€ deposit per bike).
No electricity for the moment at the pitch, but we can provide you with an extension cord to plug in a lamp or your phones, tablets or computer.

A €5 (per day) package gives you access to the house's sanitary facilities, including shower, sink in the kitchen and electrical appliances in the house, as well as internet access (1GB per day) between 9am and 8pm.

Swimming pool, table soccer, basketball, darts, archery, Babington, ball, bicycles (with deposit).
Nearby: equestrian center, sightseeing, Loudéac forest, canoeing and kayaking.

Other things

If the weather is fine, we suggest an early-morning walk from the house before breakfast with our little dog. Meet at 7:30 am.
Breakfast on reservation before 6pm. 5€ per person (croissant or pain au chocolat, white or wholemeal bread, home-made jam, semi-salted butter, coffee, tea, hot chocolate (milk with or without lactose, or water).
For any other wait, ask us.

Rules

Arrival between 2pm and 8pm (if you need to arrive later, please ask us before booking).
Access to pool only in our presence or under video surveillance in our absence. Non-smoking pool. (At present, the pool area is not suitable for children under 10 without parental supervision).
Departure before noon.
Sorry, our doggie (female Parson Russel) does not accept pets (dogs, cats...) but tolerates older dogs with a presentation time. Regarding children, it's up to you. You can ask us not to release our dog in your presence or that of your children.
