Description

I propose to welcome you on the back of my small plot in the village of Guilberville.

For any questions or information, please write to me.

The setting

Simple plot (small courtyard).
The neighborhood is very quiet and the site is out of sight.
No noise at night, little traffic during the day.
The land is not fenced. Just a shared passage with my neighbor.

The spots

Flat land. A small lawn area and a small parking area. Easy access.
Lawn in the sun most of the time. Parking shaded by trees.

The sanitary facilities

Possibility of using the bathroom and toilets only when I am present, as they are inside the house, so they are also at my disposal.

The amenities

WiFi available.
Access to kitchen only in my presence. No dishwasher. Possibility of using the refrigerator but it is small.
I can lend a coffee maker, toaster, oven and microwave.
Washing machine available at extra cost.
Possibility of having an extension cord plugged in for an extra charge.
All indoors, subject to availability.

The activities

There's a bakery and grocery store in the village.
Quick access to the A84.
Nearby: pond, woods, footpaths, other shops. Playground and city stadium in the village. Equestrian center nearby.
I recommend nearby by car or bike: Étangs et Château de Torigny les Villes, Étang de Bény-Bocage, Roches de Ham and Canoë-Kayak à Condé Sur Vire...

Other things

I have a garden table for 8 people and 2 deckchairs. Possibility to use your own barbecue. Possibility of loan of a mini barbecue but bring your coal or supplement.

Outstanding
  • We arrived at Solène's garden after a hard day's cycling and were able to settle in before she returned from work. Solène is very accommodating despite her tight schedule and even offered to make us coffee for the next day. Her garden is quiet and flat. Thank you very much and don't hesitate to pitch your tent with her.
