Hello
We are a small family who have been camping from time to time, so we decided to take the plunge and offer a small corner of our garden to those who would like to visit our region, Sud Landes.
We have cats, dogs and chickens, who all know how to live together...so we accept dogs but not categorized...
We're just 10 minutes from Bayonne, a quarter of an hour from the first beaches, and a good half-hour from Spain and the mountains... in short, it's the perfect place...

The setting

Right in the middle of the fields, it's not really the neighbors that bother...
Quiet, green, restful, shaded in the morning by a nearby forest and sunny the rest of the day.

The spots

We offer 2 pitches for a maximum of 4 people per pitch for a duration of stay to be defined according to dates and availability.
Electricity connection nearby, as shown in the photos. Flat terrain.
For those who don't want to take up too much space on the road, we can rent a large 4-person tent with inflatable mattresses for a daily supplement of 5 euros. In this case, please provide bedding only.

The sanitary facilities

In the little hut, dry toilets are available, as well as a fridge to share with the other pitch if it's occupied, a water point for washing up, and a hot outdoor shower...explanations of operation and courtesy will be given once you're there.

The amenities

Table, chairs, parasol, benches are available for meals, to be arranged and shared with the other site if necessary ... rules of courtesy oblige ... an electric griddle can be rented for 24 hours to enjoy good grilled food safely, 24h->3euros
Lighting has been installed in various places for safety and to make the most of this little corner of the garden.
You'll need an electric reel if you need to be connected for emergency purposes, and a small extension lead will be available. The outdoor sockets are in watertight casings.

The activities

Many things to do or see in the whole region within a radius of 25 30 km ... ocean, bike rides, mountains, visit caves, seaside towns like biarritz st Jean de Luz or hendaye .. capbreton, hossegor not far either .. in short, plenty to do and / or see.

Rules

Access to the property is by digicode to enter and by switch to leave.
We ask you to be vigilant when you leave to ensure that the gate closes properly...
Otherwise, for your arrival day, we prefer an arrival between 5:30 pm and 8 pm on weekdays, to be sure that one of us will be there, to be defined during the exchange before booking if different schedule... the rest of the time you can come and go as you please.
Cigarettes accepted as long as you don't find cigarette butts everywhere and set fire to the surrounding vegetation...a question of common sense and respect....
As for the rest, the rules of community life, hygiene and basic respect apply, as all good people know how to do....

    It's also worth noting that there's a light with motion detection at night, so if you need to go into the cabin to use the toilet or fridge, it's handy. The cabin also has a light, but for the shower you'll need to bring your own light source, but I did, so it's not unusable.
    Lastly, it was nice and warm when I was there, but you have to remember that the shower is outside, so I don't know what it's like when it rains, although I'm sure it doesn't happen often.
    In any case, I'd recommend it and I'd definitely come back.

    No worries, my little one was able to enjoy a secure play area on an enclosed plot, so no worries about letting him run around.
