Enclosed plot of 1000 square metres, not overlooked. On another plot we have ducks.

Cressé, a quiet little village on the banks of the Antenne (a 1st category river).
With its church and flea market, the ferme des marronniers (chestnut tree farm).
All amenities 10 min away in Matha (including swimming pool and cinema).
45 min from Angoulême, Cognac, Saintes and St Jean d'Angely.
