Description

We've set up our little vintage caravan on a quiet plot behind our farm. Our three goats and five chickens will be your closest neighbors.
You'll be able to enjoy our 26-hectare organic estate of natural meadows and taste our red fruits grown at 1000m altitude.

The setting

We're at an altitude of 1000m in a valley bordered by the river Le Lignon, where you can fish or swim. Behind our farmhouse stands a small château that adds charm to the setting. A hiking trail passes right behind our property, making for some very pleasant strolls.

The spots

The caravan includes a bed and two dining benches with a table that can also be converted into a bed.
Bed linen is provided.
There is no water or electricity in the caravan, but you will have access to it in a part of our house at your disposal.
The caravan is set on a grassy plot with a view over the valley, and a tent can be pitched if required.

The sanitary facilities

The toilet and shower facilities are located in our home, with independent access from 8am to 9pm. At night, dry toilets are available in the caravan's small toilet area.

The amenities

A small kitchen area (sink, kettle, crockery, etc.) is at your disposal, as well as an indoor or outdoor table.

The activities

On site, you can enjoy lovely walks, bike rides or horseback riding (horses welcome). You can fish in the Lignon or go for a swim. We can advise you on places to visit in the area (thatched cottages, lakes, Lizieux peak, etc.).

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€10 / person)

brioche or croissant, slices of bread, farmhouse jam, hot drink (coffee, tea, etc.), farm yoghurt

Outstanding
  • A first for both us and our host on HomeCamper, and certainly not a last, as the experience was perfect!
An idyllic setting, attentive hosts, a comfortable vintage caravan for two, and access to a clean, well-maintained sanitary area.
The farm and its surroundings are full of charm, and hiking trails literally start behind the caravan.
The little goats and chickens are good neighbors, and the icing on the cake (or rather the strawberry in the tub) is the fruit produced on site: a delight!
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
