Description

Nice little flat plot, enclosed in the evening with little shade, very pleasant for its calm and quiet street for weekends and evenings.

The spots

Shade according to the position of the sun, I accept the installation of shade cloth (not supplied) if you wish!
They can easily be set up in a corner of our grounds, where there's a tarmac road overlooking the grass - the ground is flat!

The activities

Ottmarsheim has a beautiful abbey church and many beautiful walks in and around the village. 7 minutes from Germany by car.
A quarter of an hour from Mulhouse, 35 minutes from Basel by car...

Rules

There are no specific times to respect, but there are some rules of life, such as no garbage on the ground, cigarettes in an ashtray or garbage cans (we have children), children can also play on our enclosed grounds (we won't have access to the enclosed areas on our side of the house with terrace, unless we are present).
It's also important to respect the area with its flowers and small animals!
We have a very nice French bulldog, but he doesn't like contact with other dogs! So don't give her anything to eat, and don't leave anything outside for her to eat!
