Description

Garden with trees and flowers in a small Breton village

The setting

My plot is right in the middle of the village!
So there's the church nearby, which rings regularly.
And the car garage just opposite the house.
Depending on the location chosen on the plot, there will be more or less vis à vis.

The spots

The land is flat and easy to access through the gate.
There's plenty of shade, as I'm lucky enough to have beautiful trees

The sanitary facilities

The toilets are accessible to all in a part of the house that is still being renovated.

As for the shower and washbasin, they can be used in the evening when I'm at home, as I have to get into the house. Ditto for hot water (from 6pm to 8pm).

The amenities

If the tent is pitched close to the house, wifi internet access is available.

I can lend a microwave if needed

For plugs, an extension cord can be pulled outside.

For the kids, there's a sandbox, swing, slide and tree house!
It goes without saying that the premises must be respected.

The activities

The Bosméléac lake (fishing, canoeing, paddling, pony rides) is 5 minutes from the house (by car).
as well as the hilverne ditch.
Central Brittany is a beautiful place!

Rules

We recommend arriving no earlier than 5 p.m.
Easy access through the gate
I don't see any problem for smokers, as long as they smoke outside and cigarette butts are collected.
It's possible to bring children, as the premises are adapted for my 4-year-old daughter.

I have a dog at home (adorable as anything), two cats, rabbits and quail.
You'll have to respect them all ❤️
