Charming garden, many plants. Swimming pool and barbecue next to the lawn. Very quiet place, and at the same time close to the city.

It is a very quiet place, no noise, no traffic. Good views.

The spots

The lawn has a slight slope, but there is an area without slope with awning. The sun does not shine in the morning, but it does in the afternoon. To access the part of the lawn you have to climb stairs.

The sanitary facilities

There is an outside bathroom, outside the house, but it has no shower, only sink, toilet and washing machine. It is accessible 24 hours a day. There is no hot water in this bathroom. There is a solar shower by the pool.

Internet by wifi. Extension cords can be provided, but next to the lawn, in the barbecue area there are sockets.

Rules

Smoking is allowed in the garden. The swimming pool and barbecue are open hours. Anything, better to talk, flexibility.
