The setting

Free camping space that conveys a sense of protection thanks to the wooded area, although it opens clearings overlooking the sea.
The sunsets are spectacular with the Cantabrian breeze and the singing of birds away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Peace, tranquility and connection with the environment. Here the luxury is nature, space and tranquility in a protected landscape enclave.

The spots

The 8000m2 of esplanade where you can install your camping tent and listen to the music of nature, with the sea in the background, but surrounded by trees to protect them in their hours of rest or play.

The access road to the area prepared for camping is rural and easily accessible on foot.
It is recommended to use public transport line 16 Igeldo to the last bus stop and then walk down to the right, to take Buztinzuri bidea ascent that will be your second option on the left (sign Nicolas). Following this road, again on the left hand side you will see the access road to the camping area before reaching the restaurant.
You can park your vehicle at the top, but be careful going up.

The sanitary facilities

A simple dry toilet can be found in the existing bush cabin in the space.

You will also see a small area with bottled water to wash your hands (it is drinking water).

You can use the nearest hot showers in the public Ondarreta beach. It costs 1,50€ and there are vouchers for 10 uses.
Timetable from 9am to 8-8.30pm summer and 5pm winter.
You can use line L16 with bus stop in Ondarreta of the Igeldo Line mentioned above.
From the camping area the bus is 800m away and stops at the beach (in front of Hotel Ezeiza) to go up or down from the camping area.

Tables and chairs are available for use under the common leisure tent.

NATURAL CAMPING AREA***.
Bottled water is provided daily for hand washing.

The activities

You can enjoy hiking on arrival.
You can also barbecue, relax and enjoy the peace that the area transmits.
Walking to Agiti beach and taking your fishing rod with you is not only rewarding but also a good way to get dinner.
Enjoy a day at the beach in Ondarreta or La Concha, take a shower and go up to enjoy the sunset, have dinner by the fire and wake up with the sunrise and sunlight.

In addition to doing water sports in Ondarreta, getting to know the rich gastronomy of the area, enjoying its famous pinchos, attending cultural events of different types, horseback riding or multiple adventure sports, enjoying the tranquility of the space is already in itself a recommendable experience.

The area has an amusement park, boat trips, zip lines, water activities for children and an endless number of other appealing options.

The Semana Grande festivities are celebrated during the week of August 15, beginning the Sunday before it.

Other things

If you provide a telephone number we will send you the location to facilitate your arrival.
Access by large vehicles such as motor homes, caravans and cars with trailers is not possible.
Walkers, cars or small and light vans.

We appreciate that you consider the option of public transport for your displacements.

The containers are next to the bus stop.

The rest hours will be from 22h to 08h so arrivals must be made before 20.30h to ensure rest and safety (If you have problems in your arrival just let us know).

  • We had a great time at Noa's this summer, with a warm welcome. The grounds are beautiful with ocean views and the dome makes it easy to meet other travelers which is very nice. Buses are a 15-minute walk from the site to get down to San Sebastian, and Noa was very informative about things to visit.

Just remember to organize your electricity accordingly, as there is none on site and the bathroom/shower facilities are rather rustic.

    A change of scenery guaranteed!

  • It's a very quiet spot, high above San Sebastian. Right in the middle of nature, you can see the Atlantic in the distance. The welcome is pleasant. The hosts can give advice on what to see or where to go for a walk or hike.
    Very good.

  • Thank you for welcoming us to your place for a night. The setting is very beautiful with a superb view. Access to the grounds is a little difficult. The common areas are very pleasant.

    Many thanks to you

  • The place is amazing and they are very friendly. they gave us lots of information on bus timetables to visit the city. always available. We absolutely enjoyed our staying

  • The setting and the proximity to San Sebastian are really to be preferred.
I think it's hard to find this kind of place so close.
    Calm in harmony with nature.
    Highly recommended.

  • Very warm welcome from Noa and her family. The place is magnificent, facing the sea, very well maintained. There's even a shelter with tables and chairs for dining or playing cards. Closed dry toilets.
Dirt road at the finish, which can be difficult to negotiate in wet weather.

Everything was perfect! Thanks again for your welcome.

  • Thanks for a great time Noa. Noa sent me the geo-location of the station at the first stop to take line 16. Then off to the campsite
I had a great time in San Sebastian. I arrived in time for the last night of the party and had a great 20-minute fireworks display. The campsite doesn't have showers, but there are showers on every beach and public toilets with showers where you can soap up. There are also pay cabins where you can drop off your stuff. It's really nice. The campsite is beautiful and smells of the countryside...thank you for your humanity Noa. See you soon!

  • Thanks for hosting us, it's been a pleasure to spend a night in your property away from crowds and in complete privacy, at the same time very close to san sebastian. The only note is about the entrance path which is a bit steep but it can be done with a normal car in good weather.
    Thanks again

  • Todo bien. Very good communication. Place well chulo.

  • What a beautiful spot. En very nice people. We loved are stay, and so close so San Sebastiaan

  • We came in a fully-equipped minivan to discover San Sebastian with our two children.
Quiet site, spacious, wooded around, located at a very reasonable walking distance from the bus stop that leads to the center.
Ivan was there when we arrived and we saw him regularly, and Noa was very responsive by message to our requests.
    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  • Thank you so much to Iban and Noa for the hospitality! Amazing location, amazing land, always available and very generous with everything. Thank you for all of the good tips and recommendations, I had an amazing time! Big kisses to Aia ! Can't wait to come and visit you again!

  • An immense pleasure to stay with you, the place is splendid, the welcome warm, benevolent and respectful of the environment. We'll be delighted to come back and play another game of chess????. You guys are adorable. Thanks again

  • What a beautiful setting for an overnight camping trip! If you take a short walk, you'll find one of the most beautiful sunsets of your life! Be careful, however, if you're coming from San Sebastian, as the road can be difficult to take if you're coming from the other side.
The only downside may be the lack of precise indication of the location, so don't hesitate to ask the hosts, who are lovely, for their GPS location.

  • Very good camping experience in Noa and Ivan's beautiful garden. The place is wonderful and calm, with a nice view and a really close to San Sebastian (15min walking the bus to go in the city). We highly recommand to go there!
One advice for Noa and Ivan though, you should install a little pannel down the street so people can see where your garden is ;) Agur !

  • A change of scenery close to San Sebastián.
    Spacious and very well maintained.
Charming welcome from Noa and her family.
    Highly recommend.

  • A great place to pitch your tent, close to San Sebastian yet in the middle of nature, in complete peace and quiet, with a magnificent view of the ocean. Unfortunately we didn't run into Noa, but communication was top-notch! Many thanks to Noa.

  • Superb site, Noa always responds very quickly and kindly, it was a real pleasure to stop with her, we will return with happiness if we come back in the area! Many thanks Noa ????

  • Noa is very nice! We spent an excellent night in this spot with an ideal location!

    Thank you so much!

  • This is the most expensive home camper/camping I've ever paid for (€43 a night including home camper fees) for the quality of the service. It's a clearing with a large tent and two tables. We didn't get to use the dry toilets, which were just a medical chair with a hole in it, and nothing underneath! No sawdust. The hosts were reactive in their response but weren't there. No water. Two basins of rotting rainwater. For a much lower price, this would have suited me very well but I feel swindled and not really welcomed in the place where people live... I was very disappointed on my last evening of vacation.

  • Noa made us feel very welcome and helped us to find his house. Nice place to camp and park a van.

  • It was an excellent experience, we had a great stay in a natural place, respecting nature in a singular setting.
We were able to put down our aunt with a view of the mother.
Our hosts were super nice, very human and friendly.
We had a great time with them, for which we are very grateful.
I recommend it, you can go there with your eyes closed.
