Description

Space on shady grassy lawn in very quiet bicycle/pedestrian area on the outskirts of small town full of history , country area but within walking distance of the center , with possibility of relaxing walks in the midst of greenery and tranquility

The setting

At night the noise is that of frogs , during the day is that of birds , there is nothing else here in via San Lazzaro alto in lendinara , the small road that passes in front of the property is lit but with reserve , ( there is no light in the property )
The area is classified ZTL , so traffic is limited to residents , so the road is very inviting for those who want to take a walk in complete relaxation enjoying lost views of cultivated fields

The spots

The garden , alongside the well-kept vegetable garden , is shaded partly by plants and partly by vines , particularly pleasant also to camp under the cherry tree ,

The sanitary facilities

We are gearing up but , I can put in service my small bathroom on the ground floor , with independent access, complete with the bare minimum.

I can provide electricity not exceeding 500 watts , I have several extension cords available if needed
