My recent house on 400m2 of enclosed, secure grounds, lawn, vegetable garden, terrace.
Conveniences in my house: possibility of preparing and heating meals, use of sanitary facilities, shower room with separate entrance opening onto a 60m2 terrace on the first floor.

House located 15 minutes from Rennes by car, 10 minutes by train.
