Description

We are waiting for you in a truly unique place at your disposal, a stone's throw from the most characteristic villages of the Val D'orcia .

The setting

A corner of val D'orcia with views of Pienza and Monticchiello, surrounded by nature and quiet.

We have easy-access, level, shaded and unshaded plots available with sufficient space for all vehicles.

The activities

Near our property you can enjoy many activities, such as: dirt paths in nature, walks with breathtaking views where you can admire the beautiful Val d'Orcia and, on clear days, you can also see the enchanting Pienza. For lovers of art and history, a ten-minute walk will take you to the medieval town of Monticchiello; however, the route can also be traveled by bicycle and car.
Of the places strongly recommended are undoubtedly the villages of Montepulciano and Pienza, where you will find enchanting markets during the Christmas period, but also several festivals and typical events throughout the year, such as the tasting of the historic wines of this land, as well as the opportunity to taste the typical products, such as the famous pecorino di Pienza, at a multitude of dairies. All of this is less than a ten-minute drive from us.
For the more fearless, however, there is no shortage of opportunities for mountain biking and trekking in the woods that embrace the valley.
We will also have a small swimming pool for children in the summertime.

The parking lot is unattended; while there is no particular risk to your vehicles, it is recommended that you lock your cars;

Dogs, cats, parrots, rabbits and other pets are always welcome in our facility, but the utmost respect for other guests, sanitation regulations and for everyone's safety is required. animals must be kept on a leash;

. Smoking

smoking is permitted, but the scattering of cigarette butts and the like into the environment is strictly prohibited;

. Separate waste collection

The facility conducts separate waste collection. Guests are asked to use the designated bins.
The recycling bins are located on the provincial road in the direction of Montepulciano.

you may light your barbecue only and exclusively in the designated barbecue area.
Any other type of open flame is strictly prohibited;

We urge our guests to behave in a way that respects the peace and relaxation of other guests, especially during daytime and nighttime hours of rest.

It is forbidden to introduce strangers into the common areas, except by agreement.

Children inside the farmhouse must ALWAYS be accompanied by a responsible adult, the Management disclaims any responsibility for accidents happened to children left unattended.
Management reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage to animals, plants, objects, furniture and equipment.
