Description

We're delighted to welcome you to France's little Tuscany. Calm, countryside, views of the Pyrenees, smiles and good humor are all part of the equation, or as F. Cabrel would say, it's a hamlet lost under the stars... Welcome to you, friends who like to get off the beaten track.

The setting

You can spend 1 or more nights surrounded by beautiful oak trees, the grounds are in natural meadowland, the rolling countryside reveals the profile of Lectoure, a very pretty Gersois village and, further away, the Pyrenees, when they show the tip of their peaks.

The spots

2 natural meadow pitches, one flat and shaded all day, the other partly flat and shaded in the morning and late afternoon. Both very easy to access.

The sanitary facilities

Toilet and shower in a studio which is part of our house, but freely accessible.

The amenities

Drinking water available, washing machine available (€5), in an independent studio.

The activities

In addition to an on-site hiking trail, I offer wellness sessions if there is availability, as an Ayurvedic therapist. Please consult my website (website hidden) beforehand. You'll also be spoilt for choice when it comes to visiting the pretty surrounding villages, Lectoure spa town, St Mézard, Berrac, La Romieu and its magnificent Coursiana gardens, etc... There's a water sports center 5 kilometers away, Walibi with water games 19 kilometers away, gourmet markets nearby, and if our swimming pool is finished, you'll be able to enjoy it.

Rules

We love animals and welcome them, but our friend Rosy, a 12-year-old Gascon sow, lives in our garden. We recommend you take care if you have a dog that might chase her, poor thing, she's old and we have to take care of her little heart.
