Description

Bonloc, with 366 inhabitants, is a small village on the banks of the Joyeuse stream, offering a peaceful spot by the water, with a fronton for sports enthusiasts who want to try their hand at Basque pelota!
And its Antton chocolate store for gourmands!

The setting

Located in the village, alongside our house, opposite a park overlooking the Joyeuse with picnic table and children's play area. Peaceful, quiet and well-lit.

Flat rectangular plot, approx. 140 m2 (20×7), east-facing, mostly shady.
Located in the village center, easy access.

The sanitary facilities

Against the grounds, the park has public toilets with washbasins and drinking water taps.

Lending of equipment and plugs available.

Picnic tables, stream, children's playground. Fronton, chacolat Antton store.
Nearby hiking, paragliding, kayaking, pony rides for the little ones, farm visits, entertainment in Hasparren, restaurants, bike rentals.

Pets allowed, but not fenced in.

I accept a maximum of 2 campers at a time. So you can share the site with other travelers!

  • The plot is between the house and a public space, so it's not really hidden, but the setting is magnificent, quiet and appreciable.
    The water/toilet area is on the park side but it couldn't be closer!
    I really enjoyed talking to Alice and her little family and will keep in touch with them <3
