Shady, wooded plot enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac directly overlooking cereal-growing fields where attractive walks are possible.
The setting
For your information, there are no streetlights near the accommodation, so there's no nuisance for nights in a tent, apart from the neighbors and no traffic in the street, so you can sleep in peace.
The spots
The plot is at the end of a cul-de-sac, easy to access by car and converted vehicle.
The pitches are not predefined, so I'll let you judge the best location for your comfort.
The sanitary facilities
Outside 2 water taps are available with hoses for ecological use
Inside sink, shower and toilet
The amenities
A guest house is currently under construction, and bathroom and toilet facilities will be made available if required. Please take care of it and be ecologically economical...
You can charge your laptop/tablet in this independent part of the house.
A microwave is also available, along with a table and 2 stools, and a clic clac for a dry seat.
The activities
I'm 20 minutes from Center Park Verneuil-sur-Avre so you can enjoy days out on their site; 50 minutes away you have Chartres with its zoo refuge La tanière and its countless activities and restaurants with monuments like its cathedral lit up in the evening for the pleasure of young and old.
Just 20 minutes from Dreux, you can stroll through the town center, go to the cinema or admire the royal chapel. The Etang d'Ecluselle is a great idea for a nature outing with the kids, and you can push on to Nogent-le-Roi for its castle park with playground and fallow deer enclosure, where you can wander around and admire them freely. And if you feel like it, the Château de Maintenon is the place to be for a moment suspended in time.
There's plenty to discover in the immediate vicinity, or take advantage of your pied-à-terre to discover Versailles and its château, just 1 hour away, or Paris and its Eiffel Tower, just 1 hour 15 minutes away.
Other things
Every late evening, a neighbor's peacock comes into the garden to sleep on my roof, so I ask you to respect it by not frightening it, as well as my 2 cats who have an outside cage that should not be opened for their safety. So if you have a 4-legged friend, please let him sleep with you so that everyone can live together peacefully.
