Description

The site is located in the orchard of our house, separate and closed, in a cul-de-sac, quiet, sunny, with electricity and water connection, garden shower, plenty of space for sitting, sunbathing and games. Pets are welcome. The often is within 15 min walking distance - supermarket, doctors, cultural activities and much more. Hiking in the Briesetal, paddling, swimming and standup on the Oder-Havel Canal 10 min walk. Ideal for families, but also for young people, S-Bahn connection to Berlin, 35 min to Friedrichstraße.

The setting

Quiet, sunny, isolated, no traffic, fruit trees, lawn - slipway next to the house for paddle boats and small motor boats. Bicycle paths on the havel and to the Havelbaude - town of HohenNeuendorf 15 min away, climbing path on the Briese.
