Description

Haven of peace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. Magnificent views. Simple but well-equipped, with access to the first floor with living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We only live upstairs, so spaces are separate.

The setting

Restful calm and magnificent views of the village and mountains. The site is secluded, with no neighbors, so it's really quiet.

The spots

there are 3 flat terraces providing plenty of space for each pitch, with relatively little privacy as the pitches are on different levels. and it's accessible by vehicle.
Access to the property is via a track in fairly good condition, but be careful if your car is particularly low.

The sanitary facilities

You will have access to the sanitary facilities - on the ground floor of the house (between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. as the booster makes noise). Hot water . Shower, washbasin, WC.
Additional toilet outside.

The amenities

Access to a fully-equipped kitchen with piano stove, crockery, basics (washing-up liquid, sponge, salt, pepper...), no microwave.
There's no internet box, but the reception is very good. You can eat inside or outside.
You can leave your phone to charge.

The activities

You'll land in a particularly wild area. If you like nature, swimming in the river and walking, you'll be delighted.
We're 5 minutes from the village by car, 30 minutes maximum on foot. In the village, you'll find a wool and sheep museum (Ardelaine), 3 bars/restaurants, 1 café/bookshop, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a mini-market and a lively market (with concerts in summer). Nearby swimming spots. Further down the valley (30 minutes), you'll find a guinguette for swimming, eating and attending concerts, an organic producer/grocery store, a supermarket, canoeing, an accro-branche, etc. The larger towns (Privas, Aubenas, Valence) take around 1 hour by car.

Other things

I'm a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I have a practice on site, so this could be the time to offer you a treatment.
