Slightly sandy grassy soil due to proximity to the sea, shade provided by a couple of trees

The amenities

There are no utilities, only drinking water with rubber connection and outdoor sink. The small house is used as equipment storage, which we rarely pick up

Water park, beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance in a couple of minutes
