Description

Plot of land in quiet countryside near Gaillac and Albi. In the heart of Occitan Tuscany, you'll enjoy a place where you can relax and unwind.

The setting

My plot is located in the commune of Senouillac. It's a small commune with a bakery and a small market on Thursday evenings.
With a surface area of 6000m2, the land is quiet. You can have small visitors, we have 3 cats walking around.
For children, there are swings in the trees, a trampoline and a small slide.

The spots

My plot is flat and well shaded. Having slept in a tent several times, the nights are calm and it's easy to pitch your tent under a tree.
Pitches are free.

The sanitary facilities

For showers and sanitary facilities, I leave a bathroom with washing machine freely available.
The shower is available until 10 pm.

The amenities

There is wi fi near the house.
Outdoor cooking facilities (gas stove) and a wooden table.
In the veranda there's a free-access fridge for campers. And sockets for telephones and the like.
For electricity, there's a socket outside with the possibility of an extension lead. Extra charge.
I can also provide a 4-person tent, or a small 3-person tent.

The activities

Located in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, my property is 20 minutes from Albi and about 1 hour from Toulouse and Montauban.
There are picturesque villages and typical bastides such as cordes sur ciel and puycelsi.
Just 10 minutes away, there's a leisure center on the Tarn with a water park and supervised swimming pools.
Just a stone's throw from the forest of Grésille, you can relax on a footpath.

Other things

I can provide an adult bike, a 10-12 bike and a children's scooter.
I can provide breakfast with a hot and cold drink, bread, butter and jam.
I can prepare a pizza or a pie or pancakes, just let me know in advance, and even offer some fruit or vegetables from my garden.

Rules

Don't waste water.
Respect the environment: don't leave garbage, pick up after your pets.
Don't pull up plants.
Put out cigarette butts and dispose of them in the garbage can.
After that, you're free to explore your surroundings.

Loan of tents: one 4-person and one 3-person. I have 2 self-inflating camping mattresses. With a supplement.
I also have a 2-person inflatable kayak for hire.
I can lend you badminton rackets and balls.
