Description

On a 1000m² flat plot with an 80m² open and covered hangar, I welcome you to my troglodytic property with many cellars to visit under the land.
I'm 15 minutes from Saumur, Montreuil-Bellay and Fontevraud, in the heart of the "Saumur-Champigny" wine region.

The setting

In the middle of vineyards and fields, at the foot of a pretty château, not overlooked and with an unobstructed view to the south for several kilometers.
Very few cars pass by, and the birds are the noisiest neighbors, especially in the morning.
The place is nice and quiet, but you can also play music - the noise won't disturb any neighbors.

The spots

You can set up your vehicle (motorhome or caravan) either on the south-facing plot or in the shade under the hangar.
Tents can be pitched either in the sun or in the shade.
Two additional parking spaces are also available for cars.

The sanitary facilities

There is access to drinking water from outside.
The sanitary facilities (bathroom and WC) are inside my home and are at your disposal if you wish.

Numerous museums, restaurants and troglodytic mushroom beds.
Take to the skies over the Loire in a hot-air balloon or microlight.
The Center-Parc (with its toboggans) is less than 10 minutes away by car, as is go-karting.
The town of Doué-la-Fontaine has many rose gardens to visit.
