Description

Our property is located on the outskirts of a pretty, quiet village, with grocery/bakery/butcher/pharmacy/tobacco store.
Numerous tourist attractions nearby: Via Rhôna 4.5 km, Gorges de l'Ardèche 5 km, Cèze valley 15 km, Nîmes, Avignon 1 h...
Shady grounds with fenced swimming pool (5m x 10m). Road not very busy.

The setting

Oak woods on half the plot. The site is spacious and not overlooked.
The access road to the property has very little traffic.
The neighborhood has an airy urban layout (large lots).

The spots

For the peace and quiet of our guests, we only accept one group at a time, or 2 groups traveling together (2 motorhomes, for example).
The pitch is a flat, grassy area, approx. 10 m x 15 m, under large oak trees. Easy access.

The sanitary facilities

WC and washroom (shower + washbasin with hot water), reserved for your use, are available with direct access.
Chemical toilet cassettes can be emptied in the village 500 m away.

The amenities

An electric reel with 4 sockets is available on your pitch. A light point is provided.
4G network. A separate fridge and electric kettle are available.

The activities

Swimming in the pool. It is fenced and measures 5 m x 10 m x 1.50 m.
Wide choice of nature and cultural tourism,
within a 1-hour radius (Pont du Gard, Ardèche gorges, Cèze Valley, Orange, Avignon, hiking trails,
"crocodile farm", cave tours...)

Other things

We accept no more than 6 people.
We cannot accept pets, especially dogs, as we have cats.

Rules

For bathing, respect safety rules, personal hygiene required before bathing, permitted between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Avoid being noisy at night (email hidden)In the presence of minors, a key to the pool will be given to the adults. Do not light fires, and put out cigarette butts.
